I Won't post BIOS and Motherboard code because this may be a silly mistake or something... The problem is that whenever you plug a secondary screen via HDMI, the integrated display shows as disabled in Intel control center and windows 11 Settings. The integrated screen works fine when on its own. I've tried updating bios, vga driver and detecting screen in settings. tried more than one monitor, of different sizes and resolutions. Tried another cable, and everything else... Open tu seggestions, because this sounds really like a driver issue

Adding that the part number of the replaced screen is exactly the same as the original. The screen even show as active in devmgmt.msc and show in settings though its settings stay greyed out

We've tried with no luck... same problem occur: when you plug in hdmi the integrated display gets disabled in settings
We're gonna try another OS to see if the problem still happens (you know how buggy windows 11 is...)
I'll post what happened later when the customer bring us the laptop.

best regards!
