I have a Dell Optiplex 3040 SFF with a i3-6100 and a N66F5 PWB REV A00 motherboard. The symptom I'm having is no POST and the power LED blinks 2-2 orange code. I've tried clearing the ME Region, but either I didn't to it correctly, or the board has other issues. I've attached the original dump. Can you take a look?

I hadn't tried it because I thought it wasn't compatible with my motherboard (different models), but much to my surprise it worked. Thank you.

That's not a code, each mainboard has different parameters can't have the same parameters, if you want the same, please buy a new motherboard.
