I have a Dell E7450 LA-A963P. After pressing the power button, it lights up and the HDD and WLAN LEDs light up permanently. Charging LED flashes, there is no picture. I have unzipped Dell Latitude E7450 ZBU11 LA-A963P.zip and installed BIOS and EC. Now the power button lights up when pressed. Battery LED and fan come on briefly, the device has normal consumption of around 0.9A, but still no picture. When I connect the battery, it is charged and the battery LED lights up. I have also reinstalled the original EC and only updated the BIOS (UC2 - 25Q64FVSIQ) with the file E7450-ZBU11-LA963P-OK.rar. The same behavior as after the BIOS and EC update. What is on the UV9 - 25L1006E chip? Please help my.
