it seems bios chip is damadged, only working when is hot, so that would explain why dead after upgrade, and mabe corupted dump i read. can you please help we with a complete tested working dump?

chip on the programmer too, detected and readable when hot, pinout error after 1 minute or so

@ThienBui please help again. i attached 2 dumps i tested on this motherboard and other mb too. The "working clear" works on other mb, 100% identical, but on my mb gives bios error 3 orange 6 white blinks. I also tried "stuck on logo" that starts on my laptop after about 30 seconds, it gets stuck on logo. I tried upgrading bios region and it's same result. I tried changing Me region and i get no 20v after that, only 5v. I tried me region from upgrade file on dell support, also i tried extracting me from other file and replace it on "stuck on logo" and same result, no 20v
