My Dell Latitude 5531, with motherboard BM15 MLK UMA MB (number 213002-1), is locked. The screen displays: "This computer system, #XXXXXXX-8FC8, is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password. Please type in the system or administrator password." I would like to know which memory to send for unlocking.
