i test bios you post it but it dosent work
i found this copy its work but stuck when open dell logo and late display
orginal bios not found its damaged
can you rebuild this or make any solution please

If it's not the original bios then there's nothing to build

how about the 16mb bck up , coz it power on but fan not spinning and no display, when i load other bios there is power up and fan speed up

i think you need try more bios 32mb and check hardware
