Hi Team,

The bios version BIOS - Dell Latitude 3490, We have tried so many times updating it to systems. it was unsuccessful.

I would like to let you know, The bios which ever has been downloaded from your website is not working properly

75% failure and only 25% was successfully getting upload.

I am really not satisfied with the service provided. please reconsider and try to bring some changes for customer satisfaction.
