tried download the file from dell website in BIOS_IMG.RCV for tried to recover , but it shows the error "

BIOS update blocked due to unsupported downgrade"​

Even i download the latest version

please fix my issue, only backup bios file giving me display and go to recovery screen, and none of the option working , ie recovery from usb and recovery load defaults. all bin files ou provided did not even power on.
