Please rebuild the BIN. Maybe this can help.
Stop working after windows UPDATE.
I've changed MXIC MX 25L6473E by WINBOND W25Q64BV and use "clear me 13269-1 5th.bin.zip" and it's working but TOUCHPAD doesn't work at all.

I scroll the thread, and tested a lot of images. One of them working properly with me. Touchpad is working properly now. That was fault of bios, not hardware. Also I saw that the temperatures of i5-4210U was above 60*C even I've changed thermopaste. There was no delay at start. Now it's 45*C . I use BIN with clear me

Even if it is a BIOS error, it cannot be repaired from the BIOS file, you need to use another file instead.
