Can you help me please?. The laptop boots up, shows Dell Logo and thats all. Dell Logo only.
If I press "F2", the "Preparing to enter Setup" message and the blue bar is displayed, but never enters into the Bios Screen.
I tried to flash the files fixed in this post, but only got a black screen, If I reflash the old firmware, then the logo shows up again, and again it freezes.
Laptop: Dell g7 15.
Motherboard: DDK51/DDK52/DDK53 LA-E994P Rev1.0 (A00)
I included both files in the zip.

TPM Option Is Missing in the System BIOS Setup Latitude, Precision, or XPS | Dell Vietnam

hoặc phải mua file patch nó remove TPM 400K
