try more bios new and check hardware

I’ve already tried another version of the BIOS (clear me) available here, and after that the device started working, but a warning message appears every time I turn it on (‘Warning! TPM not detected’). I couldn’t find this option in the BIOS and tried updating it using the Dell software, but the warning keeps appearing.
