Ask Dell g15 5530 - LA-M531P - 2 ambar LED + 3 white LED

Good morning, Sir.
I have here a Dell G15 5530. It´s a dell G15 5530 and motherboard is a IDQ50 LA-M531P rev. 1.0. It´s a Intel Core i5 13450HX and RTX video graphics. Service Tag is 8H3LZ54. Laptop power on, bench power supply shows 1.9A current, but no screen. Keyboard LEDs is also shining. Now we have 3 white LED + 2 ambar LED. Fan does not spin. I checked entire board and find nothing to be repaired. Could you please repair this BIOS for me?

Morning, Sir.
So I flashed BIOS you sent (builds76), but current goes at only 20mA. So, I returned original BIOS and current came back to 1.9A as shown in the picture, and also back 2 ambar LED + 3 White LED. There is nothing shorted or low impedance in this board. Would you have another file for me to test here?
