Hello, Sir.
I have here a DELL G15 5511 (ST:7RC31N3) where customer says laptop now acts no screen after deleting Secure Boot Keys. It´s a Intel Core i7 + RTX. Board is GDP50 LA-K452P rev:1.0.
I already tried to flash 32MB BIOS from VINAFIX but keeps same way. Now I leave original 32MB BIOS below. Could you please try to fix it?
Thank in advance.

Hello,

I tested the repaired BIOS file you sent me for the Dell G15 5511, motherboard LA-K452P Rev 1.0.

The original problem was caused after the customer deleted the Secure Boot keys in BIOS. After that, the notebook stopped showing video.

I programmed the repaired 32 MB BIOS file into the original Winbond 256 Mbit / 32 MB SPI flash. After that, the notebook started to show video again and entered BIOS Setup normally. I also entered the correct Service Tag, but POST showed :"Alert! TPM device is not detected".

After the machine was working again, I updated the BIOS officially from Dell using the F12 BIOS Flash Update method. The BIOS was updated successfully from version 1.10.1 to version 1.41.0.

However, the notebook still shows this warning on every boot:

“Alert! TPM device is not detected.”

I already tried:

  • BIOS Defaults
  • Factory Defaults
  • Full power drain
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting battery
  • Reconnecting keyboard and internal flat cables
  • Searching in BIOS Setup for TPM, PTT, Trusted, Platform Trust, Intel PTT, and TPM 2.0 options
There is no TPM/PTT option visible anywhere in BIOS Setup. Even after the official Dell BIOS update to 1.41.0, the TPM is still not detected.

The notebook is now booting and showing video, but the TPM/PTT firmware device is missing.

Could you please check and repair the original dump again, focusing on the Intel ME / CSME / PTT / firmware TPM / NVRAM / security variables / Secure Boot key area?

Please preserve the original machine data, DMI information, Service Tag, and correct board configuration.

If needed, I can send you the current BIOS dump after the Dell 1.41.0 update.

Thank you.

remove error TPM need buy patch 35$
Hello,

Before I pay for the TPM patch, I need to confirm something.

Will this patch really restore TPM/PTT functionality, so that TPM 2.0 appears in BIOS Setup and Windows tpm.msc detects a compatible TPM?

Or will it only hide/remove the “TPM device is not detected” warning during boot?

I do not want only to hide the message. I need the TPM/PTT to work correctly, because the customer may need Windows 11, BitLocker, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0.

Please confirm if the patch restores Intel PTT / firmware TPM functionality or only suppresses the error message.

Thank you.
