Im sorry for being unclear, laptop has all correct voltages but not start at all. Had similar problem with different model of Alienware caused by corrupted bios. Could you check and repair original one or create new one ?

I found problem with Cap shorting.

10U = 10UF
0603 = size of cap
25V = voltage reg
6M = ?????? <----- what does this mean

What will the tolerance be??? 10%, 20% it doesn't say
