hi admin can help to fix attach files working but slow startup 30-40sec. i try clearme fast startup but hp logo came out and keep restarting. i also try all above shared files same issue keep restarting at hp logo

all the things that can be done with the BIOS you have tried , how can i help now ?

In my opinion, you need to redefine the problem from where it started and are there other locations to fix it?
