im new to this programming thing I have TNM5000 I need to program a new Super IO chip but as far as I can find it seems like the SMSC KBC1126NU is unable to write to is that correct. but I got this new https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004551693603.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.310e18028HZK53

I need to program it is that possible ?

its just that the machine don't power on and all the voltage is fine so thought it was the Super IO failing

If it fails, replace the new IO, why program it while it doesn't have ROM???
