Hello Guys,
I am requesting help for the factory BIOS firmware dump file(bios.bin) for my Chuwi HeroBox mini PC. My system is currently bricked and will not boot.
Here are my device details:
  • Model: Chuwi HeroBox (CWI527)
  • Serial Number: ZHeroBCZ3H241003220
  • Issue: The system is completely bricked. When I press the power button, the indicator lights turn on, but the screen remains completely black. It does not display the Chuwi logo, and I cannot access the BIOS menu (F2/Delete keys do not respond).
I have already tried clearing the CMOS by disconnecting the internal battery, but the black screen issue persists. Please provide the official BIOS download file and flashing instructions matching this specific 2024 production batch so I can recover the device.
