Ask BIOS / BIOS Repair Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 2

Hello, the Laptop does start with Backlight, but doesn't Display anything.

I already tried the BIOS that was posted here:

BIOS - Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen2 - 18809-1

Using this BIOS however leads to the Laptop not starting at all, being stuck at 290mA.

I will post the old Bios file here and also attach the PCB Number.

If possible to repair BIOS would be great or new Bios.
