turns on very slow with this bios - stay on black screen 20-30 sec.

the original bios was corrupted, I found this bios on the web but it had a password and since it is a dump it takes 30 seconds to appear the image.

ok, i double check and i make a mistake when read the cleaned password dump,the correct dump was attached, sorry!!,as a last favor you can clean me_region?,thanks in advance. P.D: The file in the link of UX430UQ NO Work in UX430U (no power-on and no charge battery)
