Each BIOS has different consumption just check all available power

Problem was with SW5901 on motherboard. Computer won't start normally if this switch is not pressed. Maybe this information will help someone in the future

Dude, did you realise how helpful your comment is? You deserve a dozen of thumbs. Somebody knocked off this switch on my board and I almost gave up on trying different BIOS. This is DEFINITELY one thing to keep in mind when you work on such boards. Thanks!
