I measured with an oscilloscope and I have the signal at 3V linear, I reprogrammed IT8998E twice with two different firmwares and it remained the same, of the bios I tried, only "builds7822" worked for me and I couldn't solve it, so I left the EC firmware that I downloaded from here and the original bios, diagnose the "IT8998E" as damaged, I already ordered a replacement
