Hi I'm unable to open .bin files in Adobe Acrobat...says unable to open due to error in file..changed default file by apps in Windows 10 Settings...same message. Is there a more updated file?available

Yes,I do. It's the start up memory of EC, BQ chip etc. Then Windows software or whatever OS starts thereafter.
