Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with an ASUS X513EA. The client mentioned that after updating the BIOS, the laptop stopped turning on. We started troubleshooting by loading a BIOS, and the laptop powered on, but it does not detect the M.2 SSD. After applying a few more updates, the system stops loading the operating system.
We've tried two different BIOS versions, but the issue persists. We've also tested with different RAM, SSD, and battery, but the problem remains the same.
I'm attaching my original BIOS in case someone can help me figure this out. Any suggestions or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
