the customer shutdown the computer in the middle of the bios update
and now the computers have black screen but from the hdmi to external screen
i have message that the bios is corrupted

not sure I think you need try one BIOS new and compare before.

file you send I not see you provided any info, how you I can know it is 409 or 509 ?

same think with the second bios
i know its 509 because when i try to update the bios from asus EZFLASH
he show me the laptop model and its x509jb now
and the laptop is x409ja
