ASUS VivoBook Flip 14 TP412UA BIOS

Does not work. Power LED turn on for a half a second and then turns off.
On original bios laptop turns on but no video.

Tried to flash with file from post #108, laptop power on ok, image is there but disk is Bitlocked and ask me for a Bitlocker recovery key that I don't have.
Is it possible to fix the original dump?

builds is all possible with BIOS
you have to determine where the problem is coming from, it's unlikely that it's a problem from the BIOS
