you do take me a lot of time explaining, if not you need to backup the BIOS and send it to me
 
hi have the same problem when typing master password with left shift it enter 3 * instead of one, when typing with right shift it enter 1 * per letter but password wont work, please help

I don't understand, are you talking about BIOS password?
