Hy. I buyed laptop with damaged board. Seller lost one chip. Not a bios chip. He lost the "rom" chip. W25X40CLSNIG. Do you have this chip binaries??

Hy. I try revive this laptop. I have problem. I replaced BIOS chip by different BIOS version. No short, hot spot etc. The symptoms is Turn on but haven't display, after few seconds the GPU fan turn on at full speed but the CPU fan don't spin, CPU is work my friend try his PC. I replaced vBIOS chip and I did try few diffent BIOS version. Nothing... Please help me. I'll try replace EC chip?? Possible that my GPU chip is damaged??
