Ask ASUS ROG STRIX G17 G712LU-H7015T(G712LU)

Hi, i am looking for my bios to be unlocked to its full potential. there are too many restrictions,so many settings and configurations are hidden. so i want to access everything. There is bios guard in it,a whole lot of settings are locked. i want to focus on gaming because its a gaming laptop that performs badly on gaming. please focus on overclocking features enabling,voltage configuration,voltage offset,undervolting,turbo max enabling, pci settings,(pch,pmc, CSME upgrades and unlocks). Also,4g decoding,direct shader cache access\storage, rebar state dxe enabled to max, xmp profile visible, xtu operational, asus ai settings in bios visible. lastly, ME firmware, microcode upgrade(A0652-LGA 1200), FIRMWARE UPGRADE OF vbios(TU116M GTX 1660TI MOBILE 6GB),INTEL GOP,INTEL GOP_VBT,INTEL RST,LAN ETHERNET. SORRY, this is too long of a post but i have had to research and study a lot about improving my laptop's terrible performance but i failed always so had to come here for support. here are some overall configurations of my system for ease:-

I apologize for this long list of requests,hope its possible. whatever amount of it is possible i would really appreciate you guys. As i don't know what to provide and what to not, i will attach some images and system reports for further reference if necessary(all from ROG CPU-Z,TECHPOWERUP GPU-Z,HWINFO64). In the end,i will attach the original bios from asus support website of 314(my bios version), my vbios,bios dumped by amiafuwinx64 and other firmware files. Thank you so very much. hope this gets done properly without too much issues.
There are extra files of ROMs i put if they help,but any of these bin and my ROM files are wrong please take care of that part. So before going,this has turned out to be too complicated and too many unnecessary overloaded things i put here. Just wishing it doesn't become hopeless and unsuccessful in the end. however done, please also don't forget to explain me how exactly to use what you modded in step by step detail or redirect me to where. how to flash and what to do. also,i don't know if possible but i also wonder if asus ezflash utility could be used with the modded bios as well. i have a lot of questions and i hope you guys help me in getting atleast some of the answers.
