with AMD there is nothing to fix BIOS you can program any other bios

Pensé que era la bios, formateé el disco hdd que venia de fabrica y quedo así, quise configurar la bios pero trae contraseña.
Ahora ni idea de como solucionar el problema

estaba funcionando bien solo fue que formateé el disco HDD

AMD no have check bios, you can try file bios new and check hardware
