bro i see you keep doing the same mistaques . sometimes you ask people if they are technician , now i ask you the same , are you a technician ? if yes m why you keep saying mistaques and leading people to stupid errors .,... its not the first time i tell you this , when there IS 2 SIO chip !!!!
this model as some other models , has 2 sio chip .... one is main for keyboard and some starting option for the second IO .
in this case , you have a regular ITE 128 legs or bga ...usually 128kb 192kb 256kb ..... but then there is another . it8299e120A this SIO is crucial and if this IC SIO has to be replaced you need the correct EC FILE FOR IT ... and NO its not the EC 128kb .... usually its a 56kb file .... or in this case its a 120KB FILE !!! SO if people ask you for a certain file , be a top technician and lead them to a correct place instead of making them look like fools . common man , you're better than that !
find the file people need ! when i usually have for some models i post them here ... for this model i dont have because its burned and i can't read it or else i would be sharing it !
