Remove two capacitors that supply CPU power

UNFORTUNATELY THE SAME STATUS

NOTE:
WHEN I TEST CPU -----> NO PROBLEM

BUT WHEN TEST DIS GPU ----> BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH OR SUDDENLY SHUT DOWN
