Schematics ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 R2 Rev 2.03

Can someone help me figure one mysterious short circuit?
I have board which had one mosfet fried (Q721-second cpu phase) and after soldering new one it almost instantly fired to so I have desoldered him and after probing i have short circuit betwen legs 3 and 2 (Phase2 and L+12V) could it be fried mosfet driver or should i look deeper? Thanks for help
PS. After soldering new one I have probed mosfets using multimeter and everything was fine until connecting PSU
PS2. I have another board for parts (same one even revision the same) and there is no short on these legs without mosfet
