have problem what ?

when power is applied, the board autostarts, after turning it off, the board does not turn on in the buttons until you unplug the power cord and plug it in again

you need to check battery CMOS and chipset
first try another bios new and compare i think it has the same problem

I think you don't know where the BIOS is, go back to studying or you will do damage to your customers.
