Thanks yes it works ok just need to fix the delay (about 12 seconds) to show acer logo and starts to boot to windows. It used to be no delay to show the acer logo and boot to windows straightly but this happened after BIOS reflashing. Do you know what caused it and how to fix it. will it be fixed by entering the details (serial number,etc) by using acer dmi tool or it's because of the BIOS file wasn't clean.

as Elvikom said it's clean and it's the latest BIOS version. I asked if I reflash it with clearmes1133222.zip would resolve the delay as this is the only one that "ME Analyzer" shows the TXE version is "Stock" the rest are showing "Extracted".

FYI, I reflashed the BIOS with the fix.zip https://vinafix.com/attachments/fix-zip.216886/ but it powers up with blank screen and the fan works at high speed!
