I tried these dumps BIOS and EC and fans before starting MB spining. When I turn on laptop fans work correctly.

have the same sympton after change kb9022. old ec keyboard not working.
after change ec, its working, but before we turn on the laptop, the fan spinning by itself. any solution?
already change 2 ec.

As long as it doesn't affect the laptop, it will still work normally
