Hi . I recently encountered a similar problem with 10th generation CPUs. For example, this model of the device reported a problem with USB not being recognized and had no other problems. After replacing the CPU with another model of the exact same type, the device would not turn on. Several ROMs were tested, including BIOS clear , but it made no difference. After replacing the CPU, the problem returned. The device turned on but the USBs did not work. The replaced CPU was also healthy and there was no problem after reinstalling the device. i send orginal bios
