Ask Acer Nitro 5 AN517-41-R3NC BIOS to do a BIOS recovery

Hi,

Need help.

I need a BIOS dump file that I can place on a USB drive in order to perform a BIOS recovery using the FN + ESC key combination. The laptop model is Acer Nitro 5 AN517-41-R3NC.

After a hard reset, neither the internal display nor external monitors turn on. I have removed the power cable and the CMOS battery, and I have also tried restarting the system after removing the RAM, SSD, and other components, but nothing helps.

I hope someone can help by providing the necessary BIOS dump file, that I can copy to a flash drive do a BIOS recovery, and get the laptop to work.

I have already downloaded it, but can you help me with how to get it to work? Naming the file, for example? any other things that i need to do?

I have tried putting it on the USB stick with the name AMD, but nothing happens
