Good afternoon!
The client says that after a power outage at home, the computer stopped turning on.
It enters S0 mode, the trackpad clicks, ALL_SYS_PWRGD - 1.8V, PPVCCSA_S0_CPU - 1.046V, Chime is not present, the CPU is slightly heated due to the hub.
Just in case, without an internal screen, I connected an external one, but nothing ...
on PPVCC_S0_CPU - 0V
CPUCORE_PWM - 2.5V
CPUCORE_FCCM - 0.015V
All power present on U7210, U7220
The resistance on PPVCC_S0_CPU - 4 ohms
Replaced U7100 (isl95828) to no avail Did Revive and Restore via DFU - to no avail, SMC reset did.
U4770 reflashed with the code from this site with the same results.
What else could it be? CPU?
Will it work if I replace CPU on this board? Because the hub with its ME region comes together with the CPU and as I understand the ME region is flashed to the T2
