File works but missing serial number and no APFS support
S/N can edit and APFS is not related to BIOS
Cannot edit S/N because there is a whole block from 0x00630470 missing. This block must be entirely copied from the original EFI. The APFS file system IS related to EFI directly, find yourself the differences between your clean EFI and the same file upgraded by installing macOS High Sierra or above OS. I'm a bit confused why you didn't know that?
You can add both if you have original bios backup.
