Is it possible to replace the wifi ic (339S00056) on this model or is it locked with the motherboard?

there is no photo.. just asking if this model allows to replace the WiFi IC with a new one. I think not.. it is locked to the CPU (similar to iPhone 6s and above where the WiFi chip is locked to the NAND and you must unlock NAND first).. With A1706 you cannot unlock this... so if WiFi chip is dead then there is no solution.

I don't understand what the wifi lock is like, the operating principle of the Macbook is different from the iphone, However, replacing Apple's chips is very difficult.
