It seems that I need to perform these steps while the HP Omen device is desktop on. However, with this BIOS, the device displays the video quickly but doesn't boot. It gives the error, restarts, gives the error again, and restarts. For me to be able to carry out the procedures mentioned in the topic, the device needs to boot with this BIOS.
