Dear All, My fatly mother board is NEWTON_CR&HR_HPC MV_MB_V1. First it has a 19 power rail short (Q1211 MOSFET damaged). then I repaired it. after it triggers but no display and it takes 0.78 Am. when I was finding tribble found 1.5 V IC not work properly and get heat [U1201] .
