yes admin, the DELL adapter is not recognized anymore. and the battery won't charge either. although it works but has some issue. before i've reflash it everything works fine. do you have a bios Dump for this one admin?

uploaded is the original dump file with password on it. Can you clear the password only ? for this original dump file?

the password is gone already, but then the Product Serial Number,Product SKU, Product Family and System Board CT number has gone. and give me Product Information not valid error everytime i boot it up.

yes sir a while ago before i re-flashed it it was turning on with sound but no display, but when flashed it with the bios you uploaded i got no power now.
