Hi everyone, I am experiencing an issue with my desktop PC which does not boot up. Although I can see the correct voltages (12V, 3V, and 5V) on the motherboard, the BIOS does not load. I decided to flash the BIOS, but I'm encountering difficulties and I'm not sure if I'm doing everything... -
