Posted file is the same as in poste above, need disable RAM not repair BIOS.

Still black screen. Previes damage was a shorted cap on main line (20VB+), nothings more. After the short was gone, laptop boots up with no screen and the CAPS LOCK LED is constantly ON. I have all voltages besides the +1.5V_VCCGT. Meybe the integrated RAM is damage? Please dissable onboard RAM
