Ok I fixed it, BOOT_GUARD and Integrated Clock Controller were set incorrectly.

100% bios fault. After manual restart in device menager works flawlessly. Need that BIOS cleaned with uncorrupted ME, please.

Please clean and fix ME. It causes LAN driver issues and fails integrity verification during update. Thank you :)

Not the same, on old there was display. On yours fan 100% and no display.

I have the same mobo, on your BIOS and EC dumps it power up and fans go full speed after few seconds, no display. Old dumps got deleted by junior serviceman, need 100% working ones for both chips. On old, corrupted BIOS mobo got stuck on HP logo during post.

Lenovo X240 works fine, charges and discharges both batteries but won't boot after shutdown untill both batteries are unplugged. After that boots and works fine again. BIOS or hardware?
