thank you i did just that and replaced the memory with one 1.35 stick and problem is solved on this laptop no i need bios for a samsung one thank you

thank you for that i had that but i already replaced the memory and got the same result i found out that pd5 chip on the board is burned so i will have to replace that maybe someone used a bad adaptar on this device...no ideia if that chip can do this error
