BIOS OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0002dx G3KQ DAG3KQMBAD0 REV.D
After switching the power, the light turns on and then turns off. I disconnect the main battery of the device and after a few minutes, I connect the battery and the device starts working without any problem, but after turning it off, the problem returns again. please fix -
