Unfortunately after programming I have the same situation. 4 restarts (fan spinning and led is on) and 7 beeps. I tried all bioses from this thread I think :). So I'm starting to think this is really a cpu failure .

Thanks a lot but I realized that my SPI is faulty. I can read and erease SPI but i cannot write. So I ordered new spi and i will test tomorrow. I used two programmer and the other three SPI works fine.
