HIE ADMIN i would like to understand why if you take 2 working hp 450 g3 motherboards and you interchange bios chips they both do not display what causes that what can be done to be able to interchange bios and it works on any 450g3

i e6430 working ok when you switch on first time but second time no switch on until you remove cmos battery and main battery then it can turn on please help
